I won't pretend to know what is going on in this film; all the dialog is in German, and subtitles are not provided. However, plot aside, there are some very well done sets in this film — most notably, a very large model of Neuschwanstein Castle. I can't say much more, other than a suggestion to watch this film at least once; even if you don't understand German, the technical qualities alone are impressive enough to merit at least one viewing.
