Director's Comments

This was my first THAC 5 film. It was made for the first part. This was not the film I submitted into THAC, because I thought the story was too complicated.

I hope you enjoy!

Staff Review

Randy Yard:

A noir film about a private detective who learns the person he's trailing isn't who he originally thought. It's a shame the director didn't have a little more time to put this one together, but even as is this one is impressive, especially for a THAC film. Though a good chunk of the film's listed time is black screen, most of it is during an opening monologue that does much to set the mood of the film. The noir feeling isn't captured quite as well here as it has been in other films, but overall the director does a fine job of presenting a relatively complex tale in a short period of time.
