Director's Comments

We decided that we wanted to test out using widescreen, filming at 15 frames-per-second, and fiming at a highter resolution, so we decided to make a short animation using all these techniques. The result was our very own "Dane Cook Gets" animation, as well as our very first film in Youtube HD! Please tell us if you think this animation was an improvement over our previous animations.

Staff Review

Randy Yard:
Just when you thought the "Dane Cook gets..." series was dead, BuilderBrothers resurrects it with a solid entry to the fold. Crisp animation and a simple but well-executed maiming of the titular character are enough to bail out some sound and framing issues. While it doesn't approach the awesomeness of the originals, this is still a worthy installment and quite entertaining in its own right. At thirty seconds long, you could do much worse than give this one a view.
