Director's Comments

Well, this is definately the project that I've put the most work into, but the ending was slighty rushed to get it out on time. Overall, I think I did rather well for how long I worked on it.

Staff Review

david reino :
The title of this short is very interesting and thought-provoking, and makes you curious
what the film will be about. However, the film itself
is slightly confusing, and has little relation to the title. Short sequences
of repeated action are broken up by fade-outs, transitions, and the strange
apparition of a random object. As abruptly as it begins, the film ends,
with an ending that may be open for multiple interpretations.

That said, the technical qualities are quite good. The animation, though little of it, is
smooth and detailed, and the image quality is quite crisp and clear. Effects - which
include a neat candle overlay and a nicely pulled off flying effect - are also well-
executed.

Though it ends strangely, and may leave you wishing there was more of a story
and substance, it is this reviewer's opinion that one could do much worse than devote a minute and half to this abstract, but technically well-done film.
