WMM is an editor the frame rate it can achieve isn't really applicable. This job is done by stop motion software.
For precaptured frames try: Virtualdub

I actually have that its not really the same as WWM. It more for converting from videos to pictures vice versa, compression, frame rate simple stuff like that. I mean something that can edit video and sound to the final product. I heard someone talk about Lightworks. Know anything about that? :/]]></content>

Good because I just got a new Windows 7 and have not used the WWM yet but it looked different and I was not sure if the first was easier to use. It looks a little tricky to understand compared to the first. But do you know if there is a better one out there or I should stay with WWM.]]></content>
