I'd stick with a more *stable* browser like FF (not newbie Chrome or n00b IE).
I'd be happy to help with any of the coding (Learning Python pretty soon) or design.

The best browser I've ever made was made in Xcode, a program for mac, not PC, and it sucked anyway. Just stick with your current browser (Unless it's IE or Safari. If it is switch to FireFox)
It is probably best to stick with a well known browser but if you want to make one for fun it is probably best to use visual basic and make it as a windows forms application.
You will find some great tutorials on YouTube that have the code with it so all you have to do is copy and paste!!!!

Browsers made in Visual Basic are based of Microsoft Internet Explorer so there's no point.
