Topic: Creating a browser

I'm attempting to create my own browser with Microsoft Visual Basic. If anybody knows of a better eaay program to make one, please tell me. I'm not the greatest of coders, and would really appreciate it. Thanks.

Re: Creating a browser

Why?

Re: Creating a browser

I'd stick with a more *stable* browser like FF (not newbie Chrome or n00b IE).

I'd be happy to help with any of the coding (Learning Python pretty soon) or design.

"actuallly this involves spiderman too, not batman. but im also taking a new approach, more comedy, less action. i dont see to many movies like that with more comedy than action" --SteveStarfyTV on an Indiana Jones meets Star Wars idea.

Re: Creating a browser

The best browser I've ever made was made in Xcode, a program for mac, not PC, and it sucked anyway. Just stick with your current browser (Unless it's IE or Safari. If it is switch to FireFox)

Re: Creating a browser

It is probably best to stick with a well known browser but if you want to make one for fun it is probably best to use visual basic and make it as a windows forms application.
You will find some great tutorials on YouTube that have the code with it so all you have to do is copy and paste!!!!
Hope you are successful with your web browser.

Re: Creating a browser

Browsers made in Visual Basic are based of Microsoft Internet Explorer so there's no point.
