I have €170 and I was wondering could I get Adobe Bridge for that.
If not what other useful software's can I buy.

To the best of my knowledge, Bridge only comes packaged with Adobe's software packages (Production Premium, Design Premium, etc.), though you might be able to get it through a third party. I'm not familiar with Euros, so I can't tell you whether that amount would be enough. Google it.
About £150. You have to buy an Adobe product.
