It is not against the rules here to bump old threads when you have good reason to do so. If you'd like this contest to happen again by all means use this topic to discuss it. But please read the thread before hand. There have been a number of people bumping it saying "I'd like to enter" months after it ended.

DarkBrick hasn't been active for over a year, so unless another member picks up the torch it's unlikely this contest will be happening again anytime in the near future.

Without prizes, there's no point. More importantly, it's doubtful that the community would be happy with a member who joined a little over a month ago running a contest like this. No offense.
That said, I remember this being a pretty cool idea, and I might be amenable to resurrecting it myself at some point... just not any time soon.

Indeed. KG, MindGame, Filmyguy, and EmmaExecute are all amateurs, too. So am I. In fact the only people here who I believe don't qualify as amateurs are Jay Silver and David Pagano, who do animation work professionally.
