Topic: Banding

I got some new LED Lights as I said, but I got some banding when I tried it with my camera. If you are a Windows user using the view from the computer to see the through the camera and you are viewing banding on it here is the soloution.
I found Microsoft Lifecam when I went on Adobe Premier Elements to start my stop motion and then put the brightness up, this stops the banding.

No problem.

May I ask what camera you are using? I've experienced this with some webcams before, and messed with the webcam settings to fix it, though, there's never a definite way of fixing it. Not everyone wants to bump the brightness way high on their footage to stop the banding.
