I'm doing a Lego Doctor Who animation that will need two male voices and a more computerized one

Jason Ault - Young, mid twenties
Lines - 46
Test Line - "But what about me Doctor, what happens now?"

Peter Kalita - English accent, mid thirties
Lines - 42
Test Line - "No, there is absolutely no way"

Defense System - Pitched up with odd inflections and stretches during speech
Lines - 21
Test Line - "I have been here Doctor since the age of bronze"

This might be a stupid question but does Jason Ault and the Defense System have to have a British accent?
