I really like the lighting, personally. While it is dim, it conveys an inside room that feels cool and calm in contrast to the outside light (presumably that coming in the frame on the left) which looks hot. The soft shadows really make it look epic.

Nice shot! I really like how you added the blur effect with darth vader's lightsaber.

Awesome job! How did you create the effect of the lightsaber kind of "dragging" while it's in the middle of a swing? That effect would really help me out in my upcoming series.

The lightsaber "dragging" effect was done in Adobe After Effects, but it can easily be done in any software I think. It's just making a sort of triangle then adding the glow effect.

Also you could look back at some of the films and pause it when it happens to get a better image of it.

After several delays, I've finally started work on a new brickfilm. Around 260 frames in - only 3,000 more to go 
I'm pretty happy with how this shot turned out (75-200mm lens w/12mm extension tube):
@Yummy Upload the picture you want to post to some hosting site (Bricksafe is a great free service for LEGO related pics), copy the image address, and format it like so:
