In this semi-instructional film, we follow our noble everyman Samuel as he learns everything there is to know about taking a quality shower from an omnipotent voice, all while he confronts his inner demons or whatever

Made in one week for BRAWL 2017. The theme was experimental. So...was it?

When I first clicked on the link to watch I accidentally opened two windows which caused two slightly desynchronised videos to play, resulting in the video having a massive echo, which I thought was a legit part of your film

In all seriousness, I think this might be your best film yet.  The way you deftly touch upon such diverse subject matters such as the customary pre-shower defecation, a healthy and balanced diet, and the socio-political impact of Belgium's surrender to Nazi Germany during Word War II within the context of proper bathroom etiquette enriched my being and enlightened my soul in ways that are sure to impact me for the remainder of my mortal life.  I salute you for creating this masterpiece of cinema and blessing humanity with this beautiful work of art.

Uhhhh, that was awesome... The toilet squeak got me.

4: It was made in one week(!)

Thanks guys! I'm feelin all warm n fuzzy!

I always strive to keep my films the optimum combination of edutainable and entercational! Glad I hit the sweet spot with this one! But in all seriousness, it was a great challenge to get so much animation done in a week, I learned a lot about time mangement and all, glad people enjoy!

Fun and wonderfully absurd. By step two I was wondering where this could go, knowing it was a seven minute film. The history of Belgium in WWII was totally unexpected and very interesting, and there was some nice Terry Gilliam-esque humor with the cutout photos. "Excusamee!" Very funny and excellent interpretation of the theme, and that narration! Is that you speaking?

Thanks thistof! Yep, that is indeed me narrating, along with all the other voices. I've also always enjoyed Gilliam's cutout animation work, definitely provided some inspiration for those parts.

Just got through all the BRAWL entries and this was one of my favorites. I laughed so hard, especially during the Panda Mailman bit/roast of Squarespace. Sooo good. Also really loved the animation you used to have the two Samuel's merge together. If I had any feedback, I would say the Germany bit does tend to drag a bit in terms of pacing, but other than that, I loved it. Keep up the great work! Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Thanks for the feedback dude! The bit does go on for a little bit, I'll definitely admit (I'd considered cutting out some details but wasn't sure what I could remove and have the whole thing still make "sense") so it's good to hear what people did and didn't like.

The humor was really strange, going off on some wild tangets and forgetting to come back, while other parts I found very funny.  The animation and cleanliness of the shots (no pun intended) were fantastic.  Also, I loved the creative use of non-Lego materials, especially those claw-like pinchers with lives of their own.
