Topic: Jane and the Scavengers (CANCELLED) Production Log

Jane's back! Since this year's Bricks in Motion contest is Spirit of Adventure I thought it would be appropriate to submit Jane into the contest. I've been waiting to do another Jane film ever since I finished the first one. So now I'm excited to get to work on it.

The plan for this one is a little more action, character expanding, and colors. I mean lots of colors. Since the last one was very dark and dim I wanted this next one to be fun and bright. The script is all type out and ready to go. Still working on the title mini/eek . Storyboards underway as well as finding voice actors.

Hoping for the best and stay tuned for more updates!

After checking this thread out I had to watch the original. I must say it was excellent. Very excited to see this. If you need a voice actor you are more than welcome to PM me. Are you putting up a casting call at some point?

Awesome! The set and lighting is very appealing to the eye. It does a great job of making me think about what the rest of the environment looks like with thought showing it.

Hey everyone sorry for the lack of updates! Been a little busy starting school and what not mini/eek . So I've decided to not enter this Jane project into the Summer Contest due to the lack of time I had to finish it and to be honest I really wanted this one to be really good. As well as better than the first one. So I've decided to take my time with this one and make it the way I want to make it rather than rushing it and making a project I'm only kinda satisfied with.

I'm sorry for whoever was excited to see this one be done by the time the contest was done! I just want to make this one a really good animation and I felt that taking my time on this one would be the best option. Plus Jane really means a lot to me and I want her to get the best treatment mini/smile . Again so sorry about this everyone I hope no one is too mad at me!

Don't worry, no one can be mad at you just because you want it to be better (hence why I am in full support of this decision). Besides, some of us (like me) didn't even get round to starting to animate their entries mini/eek
