Travis Howler's younger brother, Noah went missing five years ago.  One day, Travis receives a mysterious text from Noah.  Asking him to return to their family home in Silent Hill.

On the way there, Travis became stranded in a harsh storm, directionless and without fuel.  He must search for a way out.
