Topic: AniExer-size Animation Contest II - Halloween Edition

Visuals created by Leonardo812

Hey guys, I'm hosting another (rather early) AniExer-size contest to celebrate the holiday!

Rules & Requirements:

1) The film must be constructed using LEGO® or similar 'brick' construction toys.
2) The film must consist primarily of stop-motion animation. Any other animation
techniques may be used but to only supplement the stop-motion and cannot be the main focus.
3) The minimum time length is 10 seconds. There is no maximum length.
4) Entries must be created only for this contest; use of preexisting footage is not allowed.
5) Post your entry as a response to this video, one per entrant.
6) Entries must be suitable for general, family audiences. No swearing, gore, sexual references,
excessive violence, or other offensive content is allowed. Any inappropriate entries may be disqualified
at the discretion of contest judges.

Theme: Fright

Create a frightening scene, using any techniques available. Lighting, story, characters and sets, and other elements
such as sound and music should all work together to create a frightening, scary atmosphere.

Entries will be judged on the quality of animation, overall visual presentation, and creativity.

Judges:

VN, Sméagol, Mindgame, GPPProductions, and Forrestfire101

Deadline:

The call for entries ends Halloween day, October 31st.

Prizes:

First Place Winner will granted a $100 USD coupon to be used at eBricksOnline.com

Second Place Winner will be granted a $75 USD coupon to be used at eBricksOnline.com

Third Place Winner will be granted a $50 USD coupon to be used at eBricksOnline.com

The winners will be required to sign up on Bricklink.com to redeem their prizes, if they do not already have a Bricklink.com account.

Please note that the coupons are valid virtually anywhere and converted to the winner's location's use.

Woah cool.
I'm sure to enter.

Re: AniExer-size Animation Contest II - Halloween Edition

Excellent!
You mentioned that there is no maximum length, but the description says to "Create a frightening scene."
Are entries limited to one scene?

Ugh? Another one already? The last one's only over about a month.  And I hope skull brick is OK with this, since it's kinda like you took over the Halowe'en contest.  But anyway I won't have time to enter :\

Re: AniExer-size Animation Contest II - Halloween Edition

VN told me that he asked skull brick first and he said the BHC won't be on this year.

Re: AniExer-size Animation Contest II - Halloween Edition

K, anyone who needs effects, or music. I can help you out. I'm not entering, because I'm working on a very tiny (sarcasm anyone?) project.
