Yeah, if you're creating a thread about it you should give more details and all that stuff, because creating a thread just to put in one comment saying "this is what my TOY entry is about" is a bit lacking. Then the thread wouldn't really have much use or purpose after you left the one comment.
So far, everything you've said would have fit just fine in here.
