Should have made the water a little more transparent so it'd look more realistic, when I do my water I also add just a we bit of the colour of the bircks around the water, so as to give the Idea of dirt and dust and stuff in the water.

I wasn't giving you set building tips, I've also seen the picture some place else, I was saying the water would look more realistic if it was more transparent.

I think what you mean to say is "free visual effects", there's a difference between VFX and Special Effects.

Special effects are normal things you would need to put in a brickfilm like some dirt you composite in a shot where a person is scuffing up some dirt. Visual effects are more like huge spaceship explosions and gunshots and time machine warp like things. Get what I mean? mini/eh

But you can use premiere elements for some effects I do. For example awesome lens flares! mini/smile If you can't do an effect because you don't have the right software I can do some effects for you.
