Poor Bert.
Instant classic.
T'was okay, but nothing spectacular.
It takes too long to get to the action (and because the action is so quick, this becomes even more noticeable), whereas KG's and Buxton's films are generally rather concise in getting to the point.
Yeah, but I think that in Buxton's newest Dane Cook film it did take a while til' the action (not this long though).

i think the actioon scene could have been a little bit smoother. just a fistful of frames more. But I agree with the fact than the long build up works in favor. And yeah, spread the love !
