Try to have the mouth a tiny bit smaller. Other than that, it was great. ![]()

Thanks. I will keep that in mind next time.
Same as Ed, just a little bit smaller. If you think about (hopefully) our mouths don't enlarge when we go to talk. ![]()
Try and make each letter sound a mouth. Other than hat it was good.
I think the lip syncing needs a lot of work. First of all, you could tell that it wasn't a natural face and that it was digital- you should try matching the the shape of the minifigure's head with the animated mouth polygon (The best way to do this is in your compositing program or in a 3D application). Second of all, there needed to be more blur on his mouth to match the blur of the minifig's face. I will also agree with what B&K Productions said about letters' to match the mouth movement.
Overall, I think that you just need to practice a bit more. Go look at some brickfilms with solid facial animation such as Printed Circuit: Brick It, Unrenewable and others.
Ok, thanks everybody. I was trying to do a style sort of like Sumkid101. I have been practising a lot though, and I am getting much better (I think). I am going to use it in my next film hopefully.
