Do you have your settings on manual?
Do your lamps have paper on them?
Are you wearing dark clothing?
Are you stopping ALL natural light from entering your room/animating space?

I tried to set it to manual, put I couldn't find the option. I'm getting a new camera soon, so it won't matter too much..
