I finally got around to getting some more compressed charcoal, so I've started sketching out my next drawing. The left of the face is a little off, but other than that, who can guess what character this will be?

That looks really cool, but the tiny neck kinda makes the whole minifigure feel way off. Otherwise it's really nice, I really like the fog effect.
Thanks! But the minifig's proportions are pretty exact, though.
I bet someone can tell who it is now 
This will probably be the last update before I move onto charcoal.

That looks really, really cool. I feel like there should be a little more contrast shading on the left side of his face. It's really good as it is though.

I'm adding charcoal to the whole lot. This is just penciling.
Concept art and a detail closeup. I kinda like the closeup better, haha.
I think the concept art one has a kind of real feeling to it They're both nice.
I like the first one more, but then again I'm also obsessed with wide angle photography, so...
Yeah I like the first one more, I'm not really sure why. There's just something really isolating about that lone minifigure. It draws me in better.
I actually thought the first one was real, so I think that one was better. Seeing the second one broke the illusion.

I'm hoping to do some high-quality scans of these at some point, but for now it's kinda awkward so I'll just have to take pictures of them, even though it doesn't look very good.

I loved Davy Jones so much. He was really cool.
Your ability to do lighting and texture is excellent, but you seem to have some trouble with proportions which are coming off a little awkward.
Olivia looks like an old woman.
