We selected a few finalists, then ranked from these, so there is no complete ranked list of all the entries. Honestly, it'd be a little meaningless and silly to rank, say, 30 films, from best to worst, this isn't how most video contests are run though I think some of the THAC contests may have set a precedent like that. It makes more sense to just rank the top several entries because it's easier to judge how good an entry is than how mediocre it is.
