Re: Lego Ultimate Spider-Man series

Yeah, It looks so nice, and I can't wait to use it in a future animation. Anyways, I've almost completed the second draft of Episode 4. It is a little longer than I expected, but given the villain, I should have suspected it.

Re: Lego Ultimate Spider-Man series

Ok, a lot has changed since the previous post. For one thing, the script has changed dramictically. It is finally finished and sent off to the usual suspects. Casting calls will be held soon. The episode is going to be pretty long and there is a lot going on. It will follow the events of the previous episode with Peter dealing with what Harry knows about his secret, and looking at another side of Spidey's origin story as I haven't explored that since the series began. There are a lot more spidey quips in this one, as well as the darker tone compared to other lego spidey series.

Episode 4 has finally been released. Looking back on this thread, I am a little surprised that I'm still committed to this series. Nevertheless, I'm excited to create the next episodes, which are adapting the Spider Verse storyline. Originally, it was supposed to be a two parter, but a lot can change when you actually write the scripts. It is now a three parter. More details coming later. mini/bigsmile

Working on the next few episodes, which is my Spider-Verse adaptation that I've teased since episode 1.  Scripts for episode 5 and 6 are completed, with 7 almost there. I've begun animating episode 5, and kickstarted a casting call for voices. Here are some frames:
