The Citizen of the Year: 2074
In order to make his town better, The Mayor announces The Citizen of the Year award.
This is an entry to Bricksinmotion.com's The Citizen of the Year Lives Contest. Based on "The citizen of the Year" by Watson Films. Copyright 2015 by Smocktopus productions.
I'm not entirely happy with the way the animation came out. I think I'm going to start filming at 12 fps.

Smocktopus, you don't need to bump your topic to say that, you should have just edited the topic post.
But anyway, not bad. The concept was good, even though it only slightly was related to The Citizen of the Year. The audio levels fluctuated so much that it was difficult to understand in some parts. Most of your animation was fairly good, though, and you made an entry, congratulations!
