Topic: Dragonframe issues, all I see is black.

Okay, so I am just starting dragonframe, well trying too. The program isn't working for me. I have everything setup. The camera, my CanonRebel T6 is plugged in via usb, as is the key pad that came with the software. The software is in the latest version. My computer has no viruses or issues. The camera is on and has a memory card inside, all settings are as I have been instucted by multiple tutorials. There is absolutley nothing wrong with anything, mechanicaly speaking. However when i launch the program it tells me...Video source (video assist): not set....and below that it says........... Capture source (High-res):not set..... Then it just stays on a black screen. Someone please help.

You probably still have the lens cap on. mini/tongue  But being serious, make sure live view is enabled on your camera. It should be easy to check for in the camera settings. I don't have Dragon Frame, but it seems like that could be the issue. If not, make sure your camera is compatible with computer tethering (sending a live view feed to the computer). If not, then you would need a new camera but, seeing as it was released just two years ago, I doubt that's it. Best wishes

Did you look at the settings for you're camera on Dragonframe.com. Here they show you the setting for the t6 http://www.dragonframe.com/camera-setup … eos_1300d/    Scroll down on thr page for setup instructions. Also make sure you're Camera is plugged in before you start Dragonframe, it might help.

In Dragonframe, go to the Capture menu in the top bar, go down to Video Source and Capture source and select your camera there. If they're not there it's some other issue, but they should be there.
