The magical properties of TCOTY itself made this possible, but I don't plan to attempt to work this magic for other videos. Judging from other forums I visit, embedded videos are simply too easy to abuse.

Great film. The only fault is that the camera quality is a bit below-par, but you can't have everything. The fact that it has such memorable characters, moments and a timeless plot means that it has become a cult classic in the brickfilming world. A film doesn't necessarily have to be technically stunning to garner a good reputation in the community, Dino Crises is an example of this, but it just needs to have a long-lasting appeal, whether or not it's the same appeal the director intended it to have.

The first time I saw COTY (3 years ago) I liked it, I admit it. But now I see that people are totally overrating and hyping it I'm beginning to dislike it very much. Why aren't you people hyping better films like Faithless and Grace for example if you have to hype something?

Ok ok... Sorry to barge in like this all ignorant like... but why does Citizen of the Year have such a massive following? It's a decent film and I enjoyed it, but I can't comprehend why it's so popular.

It's good, but it has MANY flaws. Sorry Watson.
No doubt the main flaw to which you are reffering is the fact that it ends. A tragedy, I know, but we can still re-watch and enjoy the awesomeness again and again for all time.
