How about dimensions in pixels? My computer doesn't measure by inches, just pixels.

Most Programs should have a setting...check when you choose the size of your image...
There should be a button that can change from pixels to inches.

There's no point trying to print that off - your printer is not* going to be able to print that much detail.

New Decal Request, since my pig one is finished, another strange one is on the way.

Pumpkin Torso:
Okay so I want an orange torso design with a Pumpkin pie in the center of the torso:

But from an aerial view so it is just a flat circle in the center with the crust and the white cream.

The on two corners have a small Fleur-De-Lys, those corners must be diagnol.
