This was very smooth but the animation was too fast.
I know he was eager to get his gift but still.

When ever I go on to BiM on a computer, it says I am banned, even though I am not logged in on StormofCake. This happens for every computer in my house even ones I have not been on BiM on. Right now I am logged in on a phone. Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I may not be able to enter this contest because of it.
Made the animation! Now for editing it. Oh and I have a question..my minifig didn't as such go to a hairdresser,but he did get a haircut, will this still be ok to enter? Just tell me if it isn't ok and I'll make a new one.

It sounds like you have an IP ban. Take it up with Sméagol or another admin, as your account itself is not banned.
In my opinion, I would think it wouldn't matter. Since this is an animation challenge, not a set building challenge...
You're right, the minifigure doesn't need to go at the hairdresser; but she have to cut his hair.
