Picturesque by Nick Durron
This is one of the best Brickfilms I have ever watched. It was released on Youtube in December 2009 but it took him two years to make. I assume that counts as a 2009 film. It is almost like watching a movie instead of just another Brickfilm.

As long as episodes were released in 2009 it will count. However, only the episodes from 2009 will be the episodes that will be mandatory for judges to watch.
