no i mean like just moving to the same stud every stepwith out moving anything... if you know what i mean

you do the normal walk cycle just in the frame just before going to the standing position you move it one stud back

Just make sure the torso doesn't go anywhere and then animate the legs and arms as you would with a normal walk cycle.
