Is there a way I can interlace each picture to the other using MonkeyJam? If not, how else can I do this?
Example: Watch where the previous frame was to see a fade.

Ok, thats called motion blur. There are two ways you can do this- 1. put both the picture and the previous frame into gimp as layers and ton the opacity down, or you can use Adobe After effects, final cut, or Sony VEgas, and by the way this should be either in post production or Software and hardware.

No it isn't. This is motion blur.
You can't get this fading effect using just MonkeyJam; you'll need to use different software in order to do it. Some editing programs will automatically apply this effect when you import your animation at a certain framerate (say, 12fps) and export it at double the framerate (24fps).
What free program can I use?
If you want to do it all manually you could do it with GIMP, but you would have to do each frame individually. Apart from that I don't know of any free programs that would do it.
You used my video. *hugs* Well, the way I did it wasn't on purpose actually. I use Vegas to edit and when I save it as a .avi file it does that randomly. You can also see that in my other film: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=640Z7Ys0o60 But seeing as you don't have Vegas, I think WMM (Windows Movie Maker) does that as well. Yeah.
