After a long week of judging, I have reduced the list of 63 to a list of 25 finalists. These films will be sent off to the judges who will rate each film and eventually choose the winners. Without further ado, I present to you the THAC finalists!! (in alphabetical order according to username)

Not being in the top 25 isn't a "failure." It's just that this contest has become so popular it's no longer practical to have the judging panel judge every entry, so for judging purposes it's become necessary to have a shortlist.

As long as either Hazzat's "iPhone Line", or Daragh's "All work and no play" wins I'll be happy. Good choices as well for the finalists - just one suggestion, maybe you should add links beside the films?

So here's the thing, I've A: Lost interest, and B: have no time to animate anymore. Expect little from me in the future. WIP projects have been pretty much abandoned and my LEGO collection is boxed up. No, you can't have it. mini/tongue But do not fear, I may return to it one day.

I'm slightly dissapointed my film didn't make it in, but i'm still happy with it.

And i'm glad they decided to not put in a public vote this year as it made sure that only the "popular" animators would get in the top ten because the majority of people would simply vote for their favorite animator and not really watch all the films in the top thirty.

This year I think more lesser know animators will get in the top ten, if that is what we're doing this year.

I don't know how I got here, or why i'm talking to the strange people on this website.
