Where can i get my own url, and when i get my url how do i make my website, can i use Adobe Dream Weaver, or do i have to use html only.

You can't get a .com or .co.uk for free.

a domain name is just something you associate a ip address with. If mean free hosting as in a place to put your website that you made in lets say Dreamweaver. Then, i don't know where to go.

Yes animation studios. You first need to find a host, upload your webpage files, then link your domain name to it.
Yes, I use www.110mb.com for the host, so does Yanzl and Smeagol.
I would definitely recommend 110mb.com. They've worked very well for me - and you can use whatever you like to create your web pages. I just use HTML and CSS though - that's the best way, though it takes some learning. I only have the basics down so far.
I have a question about 110mb, how to I add, boxes, and other things where I want them?
You could also use this for a free domain name.
