Randy Yard:
There are plenty of holdovers from the LEGO Studios era in this film, from the background and most of the sound effects to even that earthquake-roadplate. But you'll forget that quickly once this film gets going. Simply put, Tripod is one of the best storytellers on the site, and you'll quickly see that for yourself once this film gets going. Questionable technical aspects be hanged, this is one of the best brickfilm series to date, and you'd be silly to pass this installment up.
