Pete witnesses Carl run into an old bully from kindergarten while at the Lego City Superstore shopping for school supplies. Chaos ensues as Tex, the bully, pulls pranks including, switching bathroom doors, hiding rabid bats inside donation boxes, and placing the last book bag there is next to a sensitive lady's legs (Yikes!). Pete and Carl decide they've had enough, and pull a prank on him, while the cops are on Tex's tail.
