Staff Review

Bert Loos:
Clocking in at about two weeks behind Christmas, this film is still very watch worthy. Lechnology is one of few brickfilms who takes a different approach: one that is based on computer generated animation and bricks instead of stop motion.

This little film isn't outstanding when it comes to the story, and even the CGI quality isn't very great. But this WALL-E parody does mimic the style of the original film well, especially in terms of impressive cinematography. The little robot itself is animated very well, too.

All in all, R2-E is a cute short that I'd definetly recommend, granted you as the viewer aren't a stop-motion purist. ;)
