I think you can do it in Audacity. Depends what outcome you want.
I use MorphVox Pro.
It is pretty good, it can also link in with Audacity, has some great preset voices, for males/females/Space/Monsters etc.
What effect were you going for ?
im just kinda wanting those squeaky voices i think it would be funny if legos sounded like that
Audacity can easily accomplish that, and it's free unlike MorphVox Pro.

You have no idea how annoying those voices are. I feel like turning into a LEGO hulk and yelling in a really really deep voice when I hear them used in films.

As well as that when you change the voice lines like that, they not only change pitch but they also change speed and this makes if very hard sometimes to hear what is being said.
hey does anyone know of anything that will change voices to star wars type voices???:)

Anyways i don't know about software but you could find people with the best impressions on You Tube and ask them to star in your film.

StrikerAnimation, do you mean 'Radio Comms' kind of effect or Darth Vader heavy breathing sound FX ?
If it is Radio comms, then I have a tutorial I can send you for doing this in Audacity.
