It is perfect this theme because I am Spanish and I do not speak English very well. I'll make an entry!
I'm going solo.
Is anyone part of a band that has high(ish) quality recordings of original songs I can use? Incomputech lacks the kickassiness quality of rock.

Set building at the moment. Got a perfect idea.
Are we allowed to animate people as if they're talking, like if someone walks down the street and there are two other people talking to each other.
Are we aloud to use sound effects?
I don't think it has to be totally silent, just no words. Are we allowed to have things written down (like shop signs and such)?

Brilliant, only a few hours since I saw the theme and I already have a good idea and have almost finished building my set. I think I may actually be able to enter! 
Can't TG Tom and I just enter Amnesia?

Ok, done with the script, and almost finished with the set.

This could not have been better. I can't actually do dialogue with LEGO at all really, so this theme suits me spot on. A have a few ideas myself, and will be going solo, so now to start scripting.
Update - although I would like to trust the community to enter only original films made for this contest, for the sake of fairness I am adding in a mod element before it gets too late to do so. This element will be a yellow brick connected to a red brick and must appear at least once in each scene (it does not have to be every shot).
Sound effects are fine provided they're not copyrighted. Text as part of props such as a shop sign or poster I will allow.
