I am really stuck. I really don't know what to do to make it look professional. I can't greenscreen, so is there any other way?

I like looking at car chases from overhead. Always cool.
Some close ups of the driver(s) and some corner shots maybe even throw in some tracking shots.
You could try something like this.
I also use a method similar, yet simpler. If your car chase is happening in the countryside, you can just have a backdrop, and have trees moving past. The Car is still, but different coloured lights could go past, aswell as trees.
Pans and tracking shots also work. You could contruct a cradle for your Quickcam that is attached to the car, meaning it moves with you. If you watch in movies, car chases have very quick cuts.

Adding to Max's point they also have lots of sound in car chases not really music but sounds of flying strapnell hitting the car and engine noises over all the noises tend to be quite loud.
Yeah.
Just dont make your car chase like the one in "Quantium of Solace". It was good, but my brain went numb throught the rest of the movie...

You could try something like the motorbike ride is RevMen's Falling Out (which is similar to the method in Max's post). It probably doesn't work too well with corners, though.
Do it the flintstones way

I do it from the front and for a few seconds the side, I actually tried making a car chase once

Hey. It's a pretty inspiring car chase scene. I've been thinking of doing one my self for a while because of that car chase.
I find that using a backdrop with just a street baseplate is the best,
and maybe add some scale by using tiny turbo sets, or sometihing like that.
add microfigs getting hit for emphisis on speed, it also might make some viewers laugh.
I don't know livinglego. If this is supposed to be a drama film, then I wouldnt use microfigs. It may be a little bit distracting.
