Topic: How can I make the lens flare smaller? Or how to make fire eff? DESC

Hi guys, below is a picture, now, as you can see the effect is rather big, how can I reduce the size of the flare, and is it possible to make a fire particle in Sony Vegas? I want to know how I can create a particle effect, that will look more like fire, and also, if I wanted to use the flare as a torch, how do I track it in each respected photo?

Also is there a way to remove the green external light near the table? or at least reduce it?

(Note: I'm talking about vegas pro 12)

Right-click on the video/effect on the timeline, then choose Video Event Pan/Crop, and resize the clip as you wish.
