Topic: What's the first brickfilm you saw?

The title says it all, I guess.

My first was Blunty's The White Ninja, which I still love. My sister pointed it out to me on the YouTube promoted videos. Lucky find.

Whew, that's a tough one! Let's see... The first REAL Brickfilm I ever saw would have to be Holgor's "About a Door."

Re: What's the first brickfilm you saw?

I don't know what the very first brickfilm I saw was, but the oldest one I can remember seeing was The Gauntlet by Jay Silver.

Still love it!

Smile and say hello to people. It costs you nothing and can brighten their day.

Re: What's the first brickfilm you saw?

Smeagol's Bane of the Sith. I was like mini/eek, how the *bleep* could you do that?!?!

Ninja by Krick. I found it while watching various Get a Mac adverts on YouTube.

Ahhh... Nostalgia.

Re: What's the first brickfilm you saw?

I remember sitting bored at my grandmothers computer. I had just discovered the internet phenomenom called YouTube, so I were browsing for weird stuff such as "lol" and "poop" (I were 10, what do you excpect?). Then I just searched "lego" and found a film called "The Lego Clan". I began watching it, but thought it were too gory (once again, I were 10. Minifigs killing other minifigs is so scary!). So I suppose that The Lego Clan was the first brickfilm I ever watched. Of course I've seen the full 30 minutes long film now (I'm 12, what do you excpect?).

My old YouTube is since long ago defunct - now even removed.
Here is my new one.

Re: What's the first brickfilm you saw?

Blunty's Circle Circle Dot Dot. I saw it because it was featured, then I looked around Blunty's channel and found Meatspace. After seeing that, I wanted to do a dynamic duo of my own.

Re: What's the first brickfilm you saw?

I believe it was eather blunty's Circle, circle, dot, dot, or the lego clan, but I believe that it was the lego clan first.

I'm BACK! mini/bigsmile

Re: What's the first brickfilm you saw?

"The Star Destroyer Potemkin" by Iron Brick. Good film.

Re: What's the first brickfilm you saw?

I think it was The Bionic Man by rstudios.

I thought that was the coolest thing ever.

Re: What's the first brickfilm you saw?

I think the Brain Damage brickfilm (with lots of matrix effects) was among the first brickfilms I watched. Then, of course, there were some classic brickfilms from Egoless, like Girl (still one of my favorites, even though I am absolutely not religious) and Descension.

My first contact with brickfilming, however, was through an television article on the subject with Yellowhead Studios (a.k.a. Stefan van Zwam). I think it was about his Christmas Carol in Bricks, which, unfortunately, was taken down from YouTube very recently for musical copyright issues.

Re: What's the first brickfilm you saw?

I like Egoless's brickfilms too, and I'm not religious either. I think his films have a fairly neutral view instead of being preachy.

Both my parents watched that recently and told me how much they loved it.

Yeah, it's pretty sad. Stefan told me on MSN yesterday. mini/sad

Re: What's the first brickfilm you saw?

The Flight Of The Penguin.

It was an old THAC entry my friend told me to look up. Still one of the best brickfilms in history, IMO, I guess since it was the first one I saw.
