I found the films you picked kinda interesting, but without a huge stand-out film this year, I'm not sure what I would have done. Still, picking just one over the others will be difficult. Also, check your PM inbox.

It will be a very difficult decision for MM and I to make for Best Film (and other categories). I have a gut feeling Squid's film will take the Member's Choice. He is popular and his film was very good.

This year we limited contestants to only one brickfilm instead of three like last year. The 14 hours of videos to judge last year was a bit overwhelming. We were happy with the turn out and number the entries. Good luck!

Right now, we do know the winner of BFG member's choice for the festival and the 2013 BFG Brickfilmer of the Year.
MM and I need to narrow down the category nominees and choose winners. Sorry for the delay.
Then we have to make a results video. We will probably make the that video simple to expedite the results being released. Please be patient.
We have finally narrowed down the nominations for the "official categories" for the 2013 Brickfilmer's Guild Animation Festival. The winners will be announced very soon in the awards show that will be uploaded on thefourmonkeys Classic Channel. There will also be some honorable mention categories that will be revealed during the awards show.

Congratulations to the winners!
It's always great to see all the blood and tears put into these animations properly recognized.
Brotherhood Workshop certainly earned their title, and the rest of these films are great examples of the best this hobby has to offer.

I actually did bleed making Odoriferous, though I've never shed a tear for any brickfilm, unless you mean tear as in a tear in the flesh, which would make me bleed and is spelled the same way, which would also be applicable.
I've bled even more for Darkmoor and I've barely started.
(I'm just rather clumsy sometimes)
