Welcome to Zach Studios where Lego bricks come to life.
Here at my studio, I use bricks, to get my imagination into a form. Not only do I use Lego bricks, but I use other things in my films like cotton (for smoke) or putty (to tie things down). I have learned a lot from some of your films out there, as well as Bricks in Motion. A few weeks ago I was able to get my hands on Brick Flicks. A guide to helping you make Stopmotion movies. I already own the Stopmotion Book by David Pagano and David Picket. These guys wrote a great book and I suggest it to everyone out there no matter what skill level you have. Both books are helpful, as well as help you come up with an idea for a film, which is the most important part. Another thing I have learned is that I need to use my imagination as much as possible. One time, I had this dream about this secret fort. It had a secret door way, so I built it out of Lego bricks. So no matter what, I always say that imagination is super important!
