Mine is Peter Reid's exo suit. Man that was fun to build.
Lord of the Rings Set
The extension set to the Battle of Helms Deep
My current favorite set that I own is "Dino Research Compound" from the LEGO Adventurers line.
Also, Benny's Space Squad is a pretty darn good set too.
I recently got Benny's space squad, it's really good!
