Who uses what for video editing and who thinks what is better?
I’ve only used Windows so I can’t speak for Mac, but Windows computers are typically more powerful for a lower price.

Use what you have. One isn't better than the other. I personally use Windows, but I've used mac too. Depends on what software you have. There's free ones for both, and paid ones for both. Sometimes they're crossplatform, sometimes they're not.
if you are going to buy one, get windows. i use win and i love it
