no matter what i do, i cant make an image show as the pic and not a link.

Gotcha!
Ok, so, if you're on Windows, right-click the image on Imgur.
Click "open image in new tab."
Then, copy that URL in the top (verify that it has an image ending, like ".jpg" or ".png")
Then copy that to the img codes here.
