Topic: ...a new microphone...

Hey all - I'm in the market for a new microphone and I'd like your guys' help.

My main use of it would be to create sound effects outdoors; I live next to a busy highway so I'd need one that would be noise canceling. I do not want a USB, either a mic jack input or one that has an adapter for it.

Also, our trees aren't made out of money either so I do have a pretty low budget, any suggestions?

I'd like to keep it under $60 bucks, but if it's still over that, suggest it anyway.

Well, i think you realy dosent need to buy a new micro.
I think, you should try to download Audacity, The key to good sound.
And its free mini/wink
