That was pretty good. I enjoyed this.
While the animation was choppy at times, the animation itself was planned out very nicely. A lot of directors simply use stills of a minifig when there's a lot of dialog. You really took the time to animate gestures that fit the voice's expression. That is praiseworthy.
It wasn't perfect though. (Then again, what is?) There was a fair amount of light flicker, and not all shots were in focus. On top of that the cinematography and sets could have been better. But, you have overcome most of the "beginners problems", and I think it's time for you to look into making films a bit more eye-candy-ish.
