The cowardly mongolian ambassador is going to be tricked into signing a peace treaty with the blowhard of a Chinese Empire. Maybe his dracophobia can stand in the way? This animation can be watched and the plot may completely go over your head, the youtube description gives the full insight. We don't see much Politics in Lego films so here's my contribution (good thing it's tied together with a dragon).
