Re: how long have you been brickfilming
I started over a year and a half ago, but my first regular animation was made in '07. Quite an improvement in quality since then.

I first discovered brickfilms.com in early 2005. I didn't get around to joining brickfilms and bricksinmotion.com until June 10, 2008. I started making Brickfilms in the summer of 2007. I had tried to animate several times before, but they were all Lego Movies.
It's been 4 years since I started, I guess. But I couldn't make a film, how it has to be, yet.
Umm.... between three months and two years.
Yeah, it's confusing. I kind of messed around a lot, watched brickfilms, and snooped around without actually doing anything, then finally got started on a film and made an account.

I knew about it since...lets say end 2006/start 2007, but I only started in summer 2008, so a bit more than one year...
This year i started:D
I made my first brickfilm in 2005, got disappointed with the outcome and quit brickfilming, until 2008 when I decided to redeem myself and I have been making them ever since, (except when early this year, I thought it would be time to stop forever, and then an idea hit me.)
My first brickfilm is on YouTube, which I still look back on every once in awhile.
Offtopic: Minor Bump.
Ontopic: About.. 2006 I think.. Started animating 'Brickfilms' on my Mobile phone, But, there were in 12 Fps at that moment. In late 2007 I began using camaras, and Sofwares.
Start at O'8 i began using 15 Fps. Late 2008, 24Fps. Best, Easy'st framerate i can think of...

Late 2007 or early 2008.
I have been filming since April of this year
Since April of last year
I've been animating for a few months
I can't say I've been brickfilming for as long as I have, because I haven't published a film... ever.
I have made a big series, they're all crap, but I haven't ever put one on youtube or vimeo.
Otherwise I have been BFing for nearly 2 years now. I started back in 2007, good old BFs.com.
Too bad it changed.
Since about November - December 2006. Whoa, nearly three years! The time goes by fast.
I started a few months before Stevie, like September 2006 I joined Brickfilms I think. Boy have I not improved at all.

I've technically be animating since mid-late 2004, but I didn't release my first brickfilm until early 2005.
Since Lego studios came out, which is 9 years ago. I didn't join brickfilms though before 2005. I only started making progress since then.
Um... since mid 2005. But I didn't start to improve until like 2008. Ha.
